1Giới thiệu
AFARCO Aqua là ứng dụng theo dõi chất lượng nước ao nuôi (oxy hoà tan, pH, nhiệt độ) từ thiết bị đo của AFARCO, do AFARCO GLOBAL COMPANY LIMITED (“AFARCO”, “chúng tôi”) phát hành trên iPhone (App Store) và Android (Google Play). Chính sách này giải thích ứng dụng thu thập dữ liệu gì, dùng vào việc gì, chia sẻ với ai, lưu bao lâu và cách bạn xoá dữ liệu. Chính sách này chỉ áp dụng cho ứng dụng AFARCO Aqua và máy chủ phục vụ ứng dụng.
2Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
Bạn cung cấp
Tài khoản: số điện thoại đăng nhập và tên hiển thị bạn nhập. Ứng dụng không dùng mật khẩu và không hỏi email.
Thiết bị và khu vực: mã thiết bị trên nhãn (dùng để liên kết), tên thiết bị, tên khu vực, ngưỡng cảnh báo và các cài đặt bạn chọn.
Thành viên: số điện thoại của người bạn mời vào khu vực, vai trò và quyền bạn cấp cho họ.
Thu thập khi bạn dùng ứng dụng
Số đo từ thiết bị: oxy hoà tan, pH, nhiệt độ kèm thời điểm, trạng thái kết nối, lịch sử cảnh báo, phiên bản phần mềm của thiết bị. Mã định danh thiết bị là địa chỉ MAC của thiết bị đo, không phải của điện thoại.
Thông báo: mã nhận thông báo của điện thoại (Apple Push Notification service trên iPhone, Firebase Cloud Messaging trên Android), một mã cài đặt ngẫu nhiên do ứng dụng tạo, kênh nhận cảnh báo bạn chọn (thông báo trên điện thoại, Zalo) và việc bạn đồng ý nhận tin Zalo.
Phiên đăng nhập: thời điểm đăng nhập và mã cài đặt của ứng dụng; mỗi yêu cầu gửi kèm nền tảng (iOS/Android) và phiên bản ứng dụng.
Nhật ký máy chủ: địa chỉ IP và thời điểm yêu cầu, dùng để vận hành và bảo mật.
Không thu thập
Ứng dụng không thu thập vị trí của bạn, danh bạ, ảnh, âm thanh hay dữ liệu sức khoẻ; không chứa quảng cáo và không có công cụ phân tích hay theo dõi hành vi của bên thứ ba.
3Quyền trên điện thoại
Camera: để quét mã QR trên nhãn thiết bị. Hình ảnh được xử lý ngay trên điện thoại, không lưu và không gửi đi.
Thông báo: để nhận cảnh báo khi số đo vượt ngưỡng. Bạn có thể tắt trong ứng dụng hoặc trong cài đặt điện thoại.
Mạng cục bộ (iPhone), Wi-Fi và thiết bị Wi-Fi lân cận (Android): để kết nối trực tiếp với điểm phát Wi-Fi của thiết bị (tên dạng AQUA-S20-…) khi cài mạng Wi-Fi cho thiết bị. Tên mạng và mật khẩu Wi-Fi bạn nhập chỉ được gửi thẳng tới thiết bị qua kết nối này; chúng không được gửi lên máy chủ AFARCO và không được lưu trong ứng dụng.
Vị trí (chỉ Android 12 trở xuống): các phiên bản Android này bắt buộc quyền vị trí để liệt kê mạng Wi-Fi xung quanh. Ứng dụng chỉ dùng quyền này để tìm mạng Wi-Fi khi cài thiết bị; không đọc, không lưu và không gửi vị trí của bạn. Android 13 trở lên dùng quyền “Thiết bị Wi-Fi lân cận” và không cần vị trí. iPhone không cần quyền vị trí.
4Mục đích sử dụng
Đăng nhập: gửi mã xác minh một lần tới số điện thoại của bạn qua Zalo.
Hiển thị số đo, lịch sử và trạng thái thiết bị; gửi cảnh báo khi số đo vượt ngưỡng hoặc thiết bị mất kết nối.
Chia sẻ khu vực và thiết bị với những người bạn mời, theo quyền bạn cấp.
Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và sửa lỗi.
Bảo mật: chống lạm dụng, giới hạn số lần gửi mã, điều tra sự cố.
Thực hiện nghĩa vụ theo pháp luật.
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân và không dùng dữ liệu để quảng cáo.
5Chia sẻ dữ liệu
Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ phần dữ liệu cần thiết với:
Zalo (Công ty Cổ phần VNG): gửi mã đăng nhập và tin cảnh báo qua Zalo Official Account “AFARCO GLOBAL” tới số điện thoại của bạn.
Apple và Google: chuyển thông báo tới điện thoại của bạn qua Apple Push Notification service và Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Nhà cung cấp hạ tầng máy chủ nơi AFARCO lưu và xử lý dữ liệu của ứng dụng.
Thành viên trong khu vực của bạn: thấy tên hiển thị, vai trò và dữ liệu của những thiết bị họ được cấp quyền xem.
Cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền khi pháp luật yêu cầu.
Apple, Google và Zalo có thể xử lý dữ liệu ở ngoài Việt Nam theo chính sách riêng của họ.
6Thời gian lưu trữ
Tài khoản, tên hiển thị, khu vực và cài đặt: tới khi bạn xoá tài khoản.
Số đo chi tiết: 90 ngày; số đo trung bình theo phút: 1 năm; số đo trung bình theo giờ: lưu lâu dài cùng thiết bị. Số đo gắn với thiết bị; sau khi bạn gỡ thiết bị hoặc xoá tài khoản, số đo thời bạn sở hữu không còn hiển thị cho bạn hay cho người sở hữu tiếp theo.
Nhật ký máy chủ: tối đa 14 ngày.
Nhật ký an toàn (ai thực hiện thao tác quan trọng và khi nào): lưu để điều tra sự cố bảo mật và giải quyết tranh chấp.
7Xoá tài khoản và dữ liệu
Bạn có thể xoá tài khoản ngay trong ứng dụng: Tài khoản → Xoá tài khoản. Khi xoá:
Tài khoản và số điện thoại đăng nhập bị xoá; mọi phiên đăng nhập bị thu hồi; điện thoại không nhận thông báo nữa; đồng ý nhận tin Zalo bị thu hồi.
Thiết bị bạn sở hữu được gỡ khỏi tài khoản và có thể được liên kết lại bằng mã QR trên nhãn.
Khu vực chỉ có mình bạn bị xoá; bạn rời khỏi các khu vực khác. Nếu bạn là chủ duy nhất của một khu vực còn thành viên khác, hãy chuyển quyền chủ hoặc xoá thành viên trước.
Bạn cũng có thể gửi yêu cầu xoá tới contact.afarco@gmail.com, ghi rõ số điện thoại đăng nhập. Chúng tôi có thể xác minh bạn là người dùng số điện thoại đó và sẽ hoàn tất trong vòng 30 ngày. Gỡ ứng dụng khỏi điện thoại không xoá tài khoản.
8Bảo mật
Mọi kết nối giữa ứng dụng và máy chủ được mã hoá (HTTPS/TLS). Mã đăng nhập được lưu trong vùng lưu trữ bảo mật của điện thoại (Keychain trên iPhone, Keystore trên Android). Mã xác minh chỉ dùng một lần, hết hạn sau 5 phút, và số lần gửi bị giới hạn. Không có hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối, nhưng chúng tôi giới hạn quyền truy cập dữ liệu ở những người cần cho việc vận hành.
9Quyền của bạn
Theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân, bạn có quyền được biết, truy cập, chỉnh sửa (tên hiển thị sửa được ngay trong ứng dụng), xoá dữ liệu, rút lại sự đồng ý (ví dụ tắt thông báo hoặc tin Zalo), phản đối hoặc hạn chế xử lý và nhận bản sao dữ liệu. Liên hệ với chúng tôi theo mục 12; chúng tôi trả lời trong thời hạn pháp luật quy định.
10Trẻ em
Ứng dụng dành cho người nuôi trồng thuỷ sản và doanh nghiệp, không dành cho trẻ em dưới 16 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em.
11Thay đổi chính sách
Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi đăng bản mới tại trang này với ngày cập nhật mới. Thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo trong ứng dụng trước khi có hiệu lực.

1Introduction
AFARCO Aqua is an app for monitoring pond water quality (dissolved oxygen, pH, temperature) from AFARCO measuring devices, published by AFARCO GLOBAL COMPANY LIMITED (“AFARCO”, “we”) on iPhone (App Store) and Android (Google Play). This policy explains what the app collects, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and how you can delete it. It applies only to the AFARCO Aqua app and the servers that run it.
2Data we collect
Data you provide
Account: your sign-in phone number and the display name you enter. The app uses no password and does not ask for an email address.
Devices and areas: the device code on the label (used to link it), device names, area names, alert thresholds and the settings you choose.
Members: phone numbers of people you invite to an area, and the roles and permissions you give them.
Data collected while you use the app
Device readings: dissolved oxygen, pH and temperature with timestamps, connection status, alert history and device firmware version. The device identifier is the MAC address of the measuring device, not of your phone.
Notifications: your phone’s push token (Apple Push Notification service on iPhone, Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android), a random installation ID created by the app, the alert channels you choose (phone notifications, Zalo) and your consent to receive Zalo messages.
Sign-in sessions: sign-in times and the app installation ID; every request carries the platform (iOS/Android) and app version.
Server logs: IP address and time of each request, for operations and security.
Data we do not collect
The app does not collect your location, contacts, photos, audio or health data; it shows no ads and contains no third-party analytics or tracking tools.
3Phone permissions
Camera: to scan the QR code on the device label. Images are processed on the phone and are neither stored nor sent.
Notifications: to receive alerts when readings leave their range. You can turn them off in the app or in your phone settings.
Local network (iPhone), Wi-Fi and nearby Wi-Fi devices (Android): to connect directly to the device’s own Wi-Fi hotspot (named AQUA-S20-…) when setting up its Wi-Fi. The network name and Wi-Fi password you enter are sent only to the device over that connection; they are never sent to AFARCO servers and are not stored in the app.
Location (Android 12 and earlier only): these Android versions require the location permission to list nearby Wi-Fi networks. The app uses it only to find Wi-Fi networks while setting up a device and never reads, stores or sends your location. Android 13 and later use the “Nearby Wi-Fi devices” permission instead. iPhone does not need location access.
4How we use data
Sign-in: sending a one-time verification code to your phone number through Zalo.
Showing readings, history and device status; sending alerts when readings leave their range or a device goes offline.
Sharing areas and devices with the people you invite, within the permissions you give.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
5Sharing
We share only the data needed with:
Zalo (VNG Corporation): delivers sign-in codes and alert messages from the “AFARCO GLOBAL” Zalo Official Account to your phone number.
Apple and Google: deliver notifications to your phone through Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Our server infrastructure provider, where AFARCO stores and processes the app’s data.
Members of your areas: they see your display name, your role and the data of the devices they are allowed to view.
Competent authorities when the law requires it.
Apple, Google and Zalo may process data outside Vietnam under their own privacy policies.
6Retention
Account, display name, areas and settings: until you delete your account.
Detailed readings: 90 days; per-minute averages: 1 year; hourly averages: kept long term with the device. Readings belong to the device; after you remove a device or delete your account, readings from your ownership period are no longer shown to you or to the next owner.
Server logs: up to 14 days.
Security audit records (who performed important actions and when): kept to investigate security incidents and resolve disputes.
7Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account in the app: Tài khoản (Account) → Xoá tài khoản (Delete account). When you do:
Your account and sign-in phone number are deleted; every session is revoked; your phone stops receiving notifications; your Zalo consent is withdrawn.
Devices you own are removed from the account and can be linked again with the QR code on their label.
Areas where you are the only person are deleted, and you leave every other area. If you are the only owner of an area that still has other members, transfer ownership or remove the members first.
You can also email a deletion request to contact.afarco@gmail.com with your sign-in phone number. We may verify that you use that number and will complete the request within 30 days. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
8Security
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Sign-in tokens are kept in the phone’s secure storage (Keychain on iPhone, Keystore on Android). Verification codes are single-use, expire after 5 minutes and are rate-limited. No system is perfectly secure, but access to data is limited to the people who need it to run the service.
9Your rights
Under Vietnam’s Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection you may be informed about, access, correct (your display name can be edited in the app) and delete your data, withdraw consent (for example by turning off notifications or Zalo messages), object to or restrict processing, and receive a copy of your data. Contact us as in section 12; we reply within the time limits set by law.
10Children
The app is intended for aquaculture farmers and businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
11Changes
When this policy changes we publish the new version on this page with a new date. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect.
